Elwyn is the oldest nonprofit of its kind, and the national
leader and provider of care to children and adults with disabilities.
With almost 6,000 staff supporting over 20,000 people, Elwyn deserved
a brand as powerful and effective as its service delivery.
Why REBrand? challenges/situation:
Decentralized operations and marketing efforts
6,000 staff across the country at various locations and sites
Inconsistent attempts at brand execution
3 logos in use:
Lack of consistency in marketing, no governance or leadership in place
Low internal and external knowledge on the breadth of services offered
Lack of general awareness as to who/what Elwyn is and does
